CH34XUARTDriver.jar 这个jar包在sdk 34平台运行会有runtime异常crash

Caused by: java.lang.SecurityException:

One of RECEIVER_EXPORTED or RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED should be specified when a receiver isn't being registered exclusively for system broadcasts

抛出点在WCHUARTManager.getInstance()实例的init方法

查了下原因，应该是android.content.ContextWrapper.registerReceiver的方法调用时需要加上参数Context.RECEIVER_EXPORTED

版主确认下，看能否修复下这个问题
